The 'Camosciate delle Alpi' goats, graze in the open fields and woods around the farmstead.

The milk of the Camosciate delle Alpi goats is rich in nutrients and especially indicated for making cheese. New goat are born at the end of the winter, and the nother's production of milk, some of which is made into "Casa Costa" cheese and milk products, continues till about Christmastime.
